Hey everybody! Today I am going to talk about some wonderful jewelry from Sashka Co. I have a giveaway coming up from them! Stay tuned!

About Sashka Co.

Sashka Co. is a jewelry company which offers bracelets. All bracelets from them come from the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal. The makers of these bracelets are skilled artisan women who hand crochet each bracelet. The bracelets are made of high quality glass beads and are designed to fit over any wrist.

Purchasing a bracelet from Sashka Co. supports the people in Nepal to overcome poverty. Another great thing about Sashka Co. is that every order ships free worldwide!

My Thoughts

My first impression of these was a great one! I l loved the look of the beautiful glass beads and I thought the designs were gorgeous. As soon as I saw them, I was inspired with outfit ideas! I thought of great outfit combinations with the bracelets and also ideas for my nails.

They actually look pretty small, but they literally roll onto your wrist!

The bracelet that is mostly brown with gold is so gorgeous. I can imagine pairing this with a earthy toned outfit. This bracelet would definitely add some glam to an outfit like that.

The turquoise bracelet is also amazing. The color is more amazing than I can begin to explain! I am notorious for wearing a lot of black and dark colors so this really adds a splash of turquoise, which I love!

I really love the mission of the company and how they are aiming to get these talented women out of poverty. They are only $12 with free shipping and they support a good cause! I think that these bracelets are good for everyone and could we worn for so many different occasions

Overall, I think all of these bracelets are perfect for a classy touch on an outfit. You should really go check these out! These are perfect for presents! I'm leaving the link below if you are interested in buying them or even just looking at all of the designs!

Like I said before, I have a giveaway coming up from Sashka Co., so stay tuned!

Benefits of Rooibos Tea! + one of my faves Numi Tea

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to be sharing a little about Rooibos tea, which is one of my favorites! Enjoy :)

Rooibos tea is known by a few other names including red bush tea, bush tea, or simply red tea (I also believe there is a green bush tea, but I haven't tried it and I won't be talking about it in this post). It is a South African tea identified by the wonderful earthy and warm taste that I love! This brings us to the first benefit, which isn't really a "health" benefit.

 Taste

It is prepared similar to black tea and is usually paired with sugar, milk, and honey. It also has a "dessert" tea taste. I keep the calories low and the sugar down by using stevia!

While this isn't exactly a health benefit, I believe I should mention it is delicious! Rooibos tea is a earthy tasting tea. Some companies' tea is more vanilla-y than others. Why this is, I have no idea, but I am liking the vanilla taste to it.

Antioxidants

Rooibos tea is loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants are widely known for their part in health and immune system boosting.

Caffeine Free

Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine free. This is great for a lot of people who avoid caffeine for health! I drink a lot of coffee, so  I can't say I avoid caffeine. I can say this is perfect for before bed or when I want to relax!

Before purchasing, check that the rooibos tea is caffeine free for sure though. Some companies will blend teas and won't make it obvious.

Calming Effects

Most people feel much calmer after drinking rooibos tea. I can speak from experience that this tea will put your mind at peace. I always have a cup of this handy while tackling a project.

 One of my Faves!

One of my favorite rooibos teas I've tried is from Numi Tea. It has a great taste and is in convenient tea bags. There are also a lot of other great teas from Numi that I have.

Some of the great things about Numi is that they are fair trade certified, offer organic tea, and use eco-friendly packaging.

You can check out their rooibos here

Alright, that's it! The point of this post: drink some rooibos tea as soon as possible! Deliciousness and health benefits await!
