Cafe Viva Probiotic Coffee Review!

Hello! Here's a review, I know a lot of you will like. Do you want to make your morning coffee healthier? This might be an option for you!

About Cafe Viva
Cafe Viva is a revolutionary combination of coffee and probiotics. This is actually a combination that has never been made before! Laktera Cafe Viva puts together two things that are important to me, coffee and health!

My Thoughts

I received 7 packets that retail for $19.95 (I was kind of hoping for more to try creating recipes). Basically, this is a healthier instant coffee. There is a blend of probiotics in it, which is more convenient than taking a probiotic blend in my opinion. There is four billion healthy bacteria in the blend!

If you didn't already know, these are some of the benefits of probiotics:
  • Better stomach health
  • Supports immunity
  • Boost energy
  • Boost metabolism
Those benefits are definitely something a lot of people need in there life!
Cafe Viva is the first of it's kind to combine a probiotic blend with instant coffee. By the way, this instant coffee is naturally processed by being freeze-dried with water. Some coffees are processed with chemical agents, which are questionable.

There are so many ways that Cafe Viva is different from other instant coffee and probiotic companies, I will list them.

  • Premium Robusta coffee from Brazil
  • Uses a plant-based creamer
  • Non-GMO
  • No artificial colors
  • No preservatives
  • No high fructose corn syrup
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • No fillers
Ok, now onto the taste! It does say to prepare it under about 113 degrees Fahrenheit. It might not dissolve 100% in the water, but it isn't really a problem for me (as you may see in the pictures above). One tip I have is pour the coffee little by little into the water and stir, which will help it dissolve.

To me, this tastes like some good quality coffee. I can't taste the probiotic blend, but I also can't really taste the creamer. This wasn't a problem at all and I just added my favorite flavored creamer and some stevia. Delicious!

As I mentioned before, the 7 day challenge is $19.95. The more you buy, the lower the price per packet gets. For example, 2 boxes (28 packets each) is $80. When comparing this to buying instant coffee and a probiotic blend, I think this is a less expensive alternative.

If you want to make your coffee healthier, I recommend checking out Cafe Viva!

Ocean Mist Cosmetics Collective Review! Part 2!

Hello! Remember Ocean Mist? Well, I'm back with another review of some of their products! If you'd like to read my previous review, you can read it here!

About Ocean Mist Cosmetics
Ocean Mist Cosmetics is a small makeup company that been family owned and operated for several years. They like to add a personal touch to their shipments and put my samples in some pretty plastic bag. At Ocean Mist Cosmetics, they believe that more expensive is not always better. They use the purest ingredients and keep their prices low for their customers.

They claim that their mineral makeup is good for ALL skin including oily, dry, sensitive, problematic, acne prone, and people with rosacea and scarring. In addition to this, the minerals will help with inflammation. On Ocean Mist Cosmetics’ online store, they offer a variety of foundations, concealers, veils, blushes, bronzers, correctors, eye shadows, and so much more.
My Thoughts

Prime Mineral Foundation Ivorie ($34.95) (on sale for $24.95)
This is Ocean Mist's brand new foundation formula! I was so excited to try this out. You guys know how much I love the original formula (which they are still selling), so I really wanted to know what else Ocean Mist will formula. This foundation is silkier and you can feel it smoothing on your skin.

The only problem is that this shade was waaay to dark for my skin. This is the lightest shade they offer in Prime. I passed the container onto a friend who was happy to use it and says it has worked out great for her. All of the Prime shades seem to be medium! If you have light or dark skin, give the original formula a try! They have 34 shades!

Mineral Concealer in Fair ($8.95)
This stuff really works. This matches my skin a lot better than Light, so I am really happy that I got to try it out. It works great for highlighting and contouring. I suggest this to you if you have blemish prone skin because it can hide redness better than any liquid concealer I've ever tried.

Silken Perfection Face Powder ($11.95)
This stuff might look bright white and scary, but it blends into invisible. It will mattify and make skin feel like silk. The main ingredient is rice powder, so this is similar to a lot of blotting powders on the market. I really enjoyed this!

Vanora Blush ($8.95)
If you know me, you know that I don't often wear blush. If I'm wearing blush it is usually very slight and unnoticeable, but I couldn't resist this color! The shimmering pinky color is so beautiful and really would look nice on many skin tones!

Fine Brown ($6.95)
On the site, this brown appeared to me a neutral dark brown with a slight shimmer, but in person it is a bit different. It is really more of a shimmery terracotta clay color. Of course I realize it's impossible to show what it will look like irl. It's not what I was expecting, but I still love it!

Natura ($6.95)
This is a beautiful reddish purplish brown with gold shimmer. This would look good on all eye colors in my opinion, since it is a very mixed and unique color.

Golden Sparkle ($6.95)
This eye shadow is a more orangey shimmery gold that I really like! The site describes this as jewelry for your eyelid and I have to agree.

Chimera ($6.95)
It's kind of hard to describe, but this is a slightly green toned gold. It could be descried as an antiqued gold.

Neutrella ($6.95)
Does anyone else love this name? It's a deep metallic gray that is pretty unique.

Sizzle ($6.95)
This is a great matte white with a really slight tiny shade of lavender. I love it for highlighting just under my brow!

Rosy Pearl ($6.95)
In my opinion they really should have named this Rose Gold! It's such a pretty rose gold color with gold sparkle. Out of all the shadows, this one really interested me!

I definitely reccommend Ocean Mist Cosmetics. Let me know if you check them out!

Chai Elixir Review!

Hello! I know this post will interest a lot of you... so onto the review!

About Chai Elixir

ChaiElixir is a company that produces carbonated tea. They claim to be a good alternative to commercial soda. ChaiElixir uses all natural ingredients, which might be the most refreshing thing about the company!

My Thoughts

Do you see how nice these bottles are? Glass bottles make me feel like I'm drinking something fancy, anyone else?

Vivid
Vivid is a green tea and citrus tea. I really enjoy how bubbly it is! It makes me feel like I'm drinking a fancy champagne, which is always really nice. The taste is pretty strong which I like. It is much more complex than what I imagined. It's hard to describe, but it was a very dimensional taste, that I'm sure you will enjoy.

In short, this is a really great  drink for someone who likes green tea and doesn't want an overpowering citrus.

Fusion
Fusion is oolong tea and vanilla. This is my favorite! I'll probably be ordering some of this very soon! It is a very smooth flavor and like Vivid, is very bubbly. This drink is like cream soda and a complex tea flavor, which combines to make a refreshing interesting drink.

Fusion is great for parties or turning a regular day into an occasion!

Essence
Essence is white tea lightly sweetened with white peach nectar. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this one as much as the others, but I enjoyed it much more than expected. This one doesn't have a flavor as strong as the others, but it was still nice!

If you notice the ingredients, you will see that sugar comes before stevia in the list. I would prefer more stevia, but I understand that stevia is an acquired taste to a lot of people, so it is a more universal drink that way.  I'm just so happy they don't use aspartame! Also, there is no artifical dyes!

I hope you guys check out ChaiElixir because this is an amazing treat!

WOD Collective Review!

Hello everyone! This is a post I am really excited to share with you guys. Alright, here we go!

About WOD
Several years ago, an RN named Jennifer Wirth created her own muscle rub. While cross fitting, she wanted to relieve the pain and knew she could make her own solution. After she and the people around her loved her balm, she decided to share it with a larger community. Thus, WOD was born! If you didn't already know, WOD means work out of the day in the cross fit world. I believe it is used to help keep track of progress. It seems like the WOD line is always growing since there is a few all new things!

My Thoughts
There's something about the packaging that I really like. It looks really nice and put together!

 WOD Balm ($10-$25)
I got a cute little 1/3 oz jar. It's pretty small and would be great for travel. The 1 oz is $10, the 2 oz is $15, and the 4 oz is $25. It is formulated with cayenne and essential oils to help relieve pain.

I have been upping my workouts and have been having the worst soreness above my achilles tendon (soleus maybe???). I've been applying the WOD balm and it has really been helping! I love how when I use it, I only have to use a little bit, which makes it last a really long time.

I also notice it has a really pleasant smell, which is different then a lot from most stores.  It is a light minty spicy smell and not that strong almost chemical smell that most have.

Tear Repair ($6)
Tear repair is a stick of product that is supposed to heal small abrasions and dry skin or even new tattoos. It's in a convenient tube, so you can apply it to the area like chap stick. It is made with cocoa butter, shea butter, beeswax, olive oil, chamomile flowers, comfrey leaf, tea tree oil, lavender oil, vitamin e oil

Even if you don't have "hard working hands", you will still probably really like this stuff. I had  hanging skin next to my finger nail and this is a common occurrence for me. When I got this, I applied it and it was smoothed down and starting to heal. I also had razor burn on my legs and this actually healed it overnight. I had no more itching and burning.

Tear repair definitely exceeded my expectations.

Lip Balms

I have an addiction to lip balms. I have so many that it is not even funny. I've been holding back on buying and reviewing more because it's getting a little excessive, but I was so happy to receive these! I don't see these listed on the store yet, so I think that these are new!

The original lip balm is really nice. It has a light natural scent. The lip balm applies really smoothly and absorbs quickly.

I liked the peppermint lip balm better because it had a very nice herbal smell. It wasn't strong or annoying like some mint balms. It reminded me of mint tea, which I love to drink. I like how this one absorbs easily too, but I like reapplying often to have a little shine!

I totally recommend you check out WOD. Everything is natural, homemade, and really reasonably priced! This would be a great mother's day present!

Nature's Fusion Soap Review!

Hello, today I have a review for you of these soaps from Nature's Fusion!

About Nature's Fusion

Nature's Fusion is a family owned business that offers all sorts of essential oils and more recently, soap. They believe that the most important values are integrity and quality. Integrity is extremely important when buying essential oils because you want to be sure that the oils you are buying are safe, sourced ethically, and high quality. They also offer a forever return policy, which is great.

My Thoughts

 All of these soaps are...
  • natural
  • hand-poured
  • made with Nature's Fusions' organic essential oils

Fall Soap ($5.50)

I loved the look of this soap so much when I saw it on the site, so I had to have it even though autumn is long gone. On the site, the soap was pastel orange, but as you can see my soap is a light pastel green. I think they are both beautiful, so I was not disappointed.

The soap is cedar scented! It is a strong nice smell that is great for year-round. The leaf details around the text on the soap are beautifully done.

Fire and Ice Soap

This soap is really nice looking. I love all the detail. As with the fall soap, I know the theme of the soap is off season, but I really don't care because of how beautiful the soaps are.

It smells really minty and good! It also has a touch of cedar to it, but I'm not sure if that is because it was in the package with the others, or if it is supposed to be like that.

Oat Scrub Bar

This was my favorite soap of the selection by far! I love the little oats and how they give a little scrub for sensitive skin. It is a really soothing nice soap!

I don't see this soap on the site, so I can't tell you exactly what is in it. I definitely smell some kind of good tree smell like pine or cedar, which is really refreshing.

I totally recommend you guys check out Nature's Fusion! They have a huge selection of oils and some great soaps!

Stevita Stevia Collective Review! Part 2!

Hello! I have a second review from Stevita! If you would like to read my previous post, you can read it here.

About Stevita

Stevita is a brand of stevia (my favorite sweetener!). They make a huge variety of stevia products including regular stevia, fruit stevia, liquid stevia extract, and chewing gum! I totally recommend checking them out if you are interested in trying alternative sweeteners!

My Thoughts

Here is the stevia stuff! This is the chocolate mix, lime powder, vanilla liquid, and chocolate liquid.

 Stevita Delight
This stuff is awesome! It is made with cocoa powder and pure stevia to make this amazing chocolate mix. I just use it to make hot chocolate, but this would be great in a smoothie or milkshake. I've had to experiment a bit with this to get it how I like it.

The first time I made it, I made a such a silly mistake. I prepared it with hot water and I put 2 tablespoons instead of 2 teaspoons and then on top of that, I put some stevia extract. Needless to say, that was way too sweet!

The next time I made it, I prepared it with 2 teaspoons and 8 oz of water. It was great!

The third time I made it, I switched it up and used 4 oz of water, 4 oz of coconut milk, and 2 teaspoons. This is the best!

Lime Flavored Drink Mix
Basically, this is stevia with lime flavor. It's awesome in iced tea because you can get sweetness without any sugar and with a refreshing flavor.

Chocolate and Vanilla Liquid Stevia
These two are so cool. They are liquid stevia that is naturally flavored with chocolate or vanilla. It is so good! It adds a great sweet flavor into your coffee/tea/whatever. It goes a long way, so you only need a bit. This bottle will probably last you months!

I totally recommend these stevia products! These have really become an essential to me and I really like them!

Lisa Hoffman Beauty Collective Review!

Hey everyone! I was sent some beautiful bracelets and I'm going to tell you all about them!

About Lisa Hoffman Beauty

Lisa Hoffman is a multi-award winning line that offers fragrance, bath products, and most importantly fragrance jewelry! They have these unique fragrance beads that will scent your life and jewelry box. They come in a variety of scents and styles that will suit any taste.

My Thoughts

I've heard about fragrance jewelry, but never in such a unique style and in such a variety of scents. These bracelets are beautiful!!!

As you can see, this post is very picture heavy because I wanted to show how amazing they really are.

You see that black one? That is from the Black Collection ($85) and it is so amazing. I love black so much, so this will always fit my outfit. It is actually made out of black onyx beads and is stunning. I can see this worn on every occasion, so versatility is a plus. Also, you can choose any of the scents for this bracelet when you order! I got Tunisian Neroli, which is a really nice floral.

The one with the blue and wood beads is the Japanese Agarwood bracelet ($65). First off, the scent is so unique. The site describes it as a woody zest, which describes it perfectly. If you like spicy scents, this is the choice for you!

Last, but not least is the Tuscan Fig bracelet ($65)! The bracelet is beautiful with these delicate amber colored beads. It has delicate howlite beads that are so unique. The scent is my favorite by far. It is a sweet delicate vanilla fig that is so amazing!

I totally recommend you guys check out this line!!! Everything is high quality and beautiful!

Warm Earth Cosmetics Collective Review!

Hey guys! Time for another collective review! I have tried a load of stuff from this great company and I'm going to tell you ALL about it!

About Warm Earth Cosmetics

Warm Earth Cosmetics is a great online store that offers eye shadow, blush, cosmetic brushes and emery boards. They keep all of their products as pure as possible and have no preservatives and are fragrance free! They do not test on animals and use no animal products in the makeup.

My Thoughts

Oh my gosh. There is so much to say about all of this! First of all I love their handmade pottery. It really adds a unique flair to their makeup in a way I've never seen. I'll just get started talking about each thing!

First off, the brushes! I am extremely impressed by all of these. Honestly, these are the best quality makeup brushes I've ever used!

Deluxe Powder Brush ($18)

This brush is made of Grade A goat hair and is supposed to be used for any type of powder as the name suggests. This is a huge brush and the site says it's 9 inches long. It is so soft! This is now my favorite brush by far to put my powder foundation on. It's great for smooth application with the dense brush hairs  I can tell it's a quality brush! I could see this brush easily  being double the price. I love it!

Retractable Travel Powder Brush ($12)

This is a super convenient powder brush that is great for travel. It's great for touch ups on the go! It's 4.75 inches so it is very mobile. There's not much else to say about it other than it's a pretty soft good brush!

Sable Shade Brush ($10)

The sable shade brush is made of pure red sable and is for eye shadow, but I could see it used for powder concealer or anything you want, I guess. It's a 6.5 inch brush. I really
like how firm the brush is and how it won't lose it's shape like many other brushes out there. I really enjoyed this brush for applying eye shadow under the eye along the lash line because it really provides the firmness that is needed!

Deluxe Sponge Applicator ($2)

This is a pretty straight forward thing. We've all had sponge applicators, but most of the ones I've tried are the cheaply made ones that come with an eyeshadow or something. This one is a really great quality one that I totally recommend to everyone and for the inexpensive price, most people can afford to have a good quality sponge applicator from Warm Earth Cosmetics. This is the same size as the sable brush at 6.5 inches.

Eyebrow Contour Brush ($7)

This eyebrow brush is great! It's a 6.25 inch stiff nylon brush. I like how it brushes my eyebrow hairs down while brushing powder on. This is really a must-have in my opinion because I have never used a stiff good brush like this and I can tell it's going to last forever!

Now onto the eye shadows! Something unique you notice about Warm Earth Cosmetics eye shadows is there beautiful packaging. Handmade pottery! Now you have something beautiful to keep when your product is gone. These shadows feel really smooth when applying and I feel like the little pot is so full it will last forever. Also, right now for every eyeshadow you buy, they will send you one free deluxe sponge applicator.

Pluma Frost ($11)

This color is so gorgeous! It is a perfect plum with an amazing shimmer. It's so versatile and I could see it being used in so many looks. A little on the lower lash line can add a pop of color or on the lid for a bold look. The pigmentation is amazing too.

Bronce Matte ($11)

Bronce is a really light matte color. At first, I wasn't sure about the color since it was so close to my skin color, but I actually found quite a few. If you're doing a darker look and you applied a little heavy handed, but you don't want to start over, this is a great blending color! I'm pale skinned and I've used it as a highlight.

Hermosa ($11)

This is by far my favorite color! I love shiny neutrals like silvers, golds, bronzes, and copper. It is such a vibrant gold and has really great pigmentation. I'm convinced that they crushed up gold into powder and put it in this cute little jar! If you are thinking of trying out an eyeshadow from Warm Earth Cosmetics and love vibrant shimmer, this is the color!

And now for the best part, swatches!

These swatches are on bare skin without primer or anything with flash.

Alright, that's it. I totally recommend this brand! Let me know if you check them out!
