Simply Gum was started when the founder of Simply Gum, Caron was done with her lunch and reached for her gum. She decided to check up on some of the ingredients in the gum and didn't like her findings. Caron knew that a simpler gum needed to be made, thus was the beginning of Simply Gum.
Most chewing gum is made with artificial ingredients in the base and sweeteners like aspartame that many people are sensitive to. About Kava Time
The owner and creator of Kava Time first had the idea after returning from a vacation in Hawaii. She enjoyed kava and it's natural relaxing properties during her stay, despite the earthy taste. Back home in Oregon, she tried to recreate the kava root, but it turned out even muddier. She then experimented and made caramels with kava root. Eventually, the recipe was perfected and here we are today!
